Application:

 

Prior to application, surfaces should be free from burrs, oil, it must be cleaned from the materials and dry. It is applied to the surfaces by mixing the components 1 to 1 ratio. In practice, it is recommended to use a mixer tip or automatic dispenser with a cartridge gun.

 

Freezing:

 

If the ambient temperature is below 20 ° C, the freezing time is longer. The temperature can be increased to shorten the freezing time (the temperature should be around 45 ° C - 55 ° C). The first hold time is 3 to 5 minutes. It shows 75% of full hold performance in one hour. The exact time it can take for full retention and testing is 24 hours.
